About Arising Home Inspection
Arising Home Inspection is an inspection company that serves the 5 county area of Pennsylvania: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia. We pride ourselves on the professional, knowledgeable and courteous service that we provide to our clients.
We are 1st-time homebuyer specialists. What does this mean? We know the 1st time someone purchases a home can be a stressful, hair-raising experience.
We aim high to make the home inspection a pleasant, positive learning experience in an effort to alleviate any anxiety and worry a first time homebuyer might have.
Ava Westfield, Owner/Inspector
Ava discovered her love for buildings and architecture at a very young age. She was exposed to the home inspection industry while working as a conveyancer for a Philadelphia-based realtor firm in the early 2000’s. Ava completed Home Inspection classroom training in 2006. Immediately, she began working as an apprentice/mentee to a Philadelphia-based home inspector. It was under his tutelage and leadership that Ava learned the ins and outs of what makes a reputable and knowledgeable certified professional inspector.
From 2006 to present, Ava has applied that knowledge to not only performing residential home inspections, but also to conducting commercial loss control inspections for the insurance industry, as well as disaster-related inspections as a contract employee for FEMA.

ANCILLARY SERVICES PROVIDED: TERMITE INSPECTIONS; RADON, &
AIR QUALITY TESTING
Your home shelters you and your loved ones from harm and all sorts of weather conditions. Ordering an ancillary inspection helps you shield your investment to ensure you’ll be making good memories, instead of focusing on costly repairs.
PRE-SALE/HOME CHECK INSPECTION
It’s good to have a professional assessment of your home. Why? If you are planning to sell your home, you can have your home evaluated to check for defects and safety concerns prior to putting the home on the market. Those issues can be addressed and possibly raise your home’s value as opposed to having to negotiate on your asking price once defects are found during the transaction.
